2. What this website does

This is a single informational page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tools and no social media plugins, and it stores nothing in your browser’s local or session storage. The only personal data we process is the data described below.

3. Server log data

When you open this website, our hosting provider’s servers automatically process technical connection data, typically the requested address, date and time, the amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system details, and the IP address. This is technically necessary to deliver the page and to keep it secure and stable.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website.

To be confirmed before launch: the hosting provider’s name, the log retention period, and the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. We will state them here once the production hosting setup is fixed.

4. Contact form and email

The contact form asks for your name, your email address, an optional company name and your message. We use this data only to read and answer your enquiry. The form also includes a simple spam check (a hidden field and a submission rate limit); it processes no additional personal data.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract or its preparation, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and afterwards only where statutory retention duties apply. If you contact us by telephone or by email at info@hungrydolphin.com, the same applies to the data you send us.

Current status: the form is running in test mode. Messages are validated but are not transmitted or stored anywhere yet. Before launch we will name the email delivery service used to forward the messages and, if it is enabled, the bot protection service, together with their legal bases.

5. Fonts and third-party content

All typefaces are hosted on our own server and delivered together with the page. No fonts are requested from Google Fonts or any other external provider, and this site embeds no external scripts, videos, maps, social media plugins or advertising content. Your browser therefore does not connect to any third-party server when you view this website.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data (Art. 15), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. Changes

We will update this policy whenever the website changes technically — in particular once hosting, email delivery and bot protection are finally configured.
